Pineapple Slaw
This tropical variation on archetypal cole slaw brings together the sweet flavors of pineapple and honey with a little kick from jalapeño and black pepper. Instead of a mayonnaise base, we used Greek yogurt for a taste that's both creamy and healthy. Try pineapple slaw with fish tacos, Kahlua pork, or Mahi Mahi for a more flavorful topping than the original.
