Barbadian Gin Punch
Adapted from a recipe by cocktail historian David Wondrich, this recipe
harkens back to a punch recounted in the 1876 book West
India Pickles by William P. Talboys. As an alternative, you can
build this drink in the glass with crushed ice and swizzle rather than
shaking and straining.
Ingredients
- Genever - 2 fl oz
- Coconut Water - 2 fl oz
- Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Simple Syrup (2:1) - 1 Tbsp
- Angostura Bitters - 2 dash
- Lime - 1 wheel
