Bennett
The Bennett is ultimately a variation on the gin sour. Replace the lemon
in a gin sour with lime, and you get a gimlet. Add bitters to a gimlet, and
you get the Bennett (by the way, a gin sour with bitters is called a
Fitzgerald).
