This vibrantly pink colored drink comes courtesy of Jeremy Ortel from Dram in New York. While you can definitely taste the Mai Tai, bitter Campari adds an extra complexity to this cocktail. The mint garnish adds a wonderfully fresh scent to the citrus aroma as you sip this fruity concoction.
