certain thing is that it was first drunk in Cuba around 1900, the year Coca
Cola came to that Caribbean island. A mixture of light rum, Coca Cola, and
lime juice, it is often referred to as simply a "rum
and coke" in the US and UK and often has the lime juice omitted.
