DeGroff's The Craft of the Cocktail.
Ingredients

- Ice Cubes
- Egg white - 1 Tbsp
- Light Rum - 1 fl oz
- Aged Rum - 1 fl oz
- Pineapple Juice - 2 fl oz
- Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Simple Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Peychaud's Bitters - 1 dash
- Angostura Bitters - 1 dash
- Lime - 1 wedge
