Seelbach
This drink was created at the Seelbach
Hotel in Louisville Kentucky in 1917. The recipe was lost during
Prohibition but was "rediscovered" in 1995 when the hotel manager found it
and revived the cocktail.
Ingredients
- Bourbon - 1 fl oz
- Cointreau - 1 Tbsp
- Angostura Bitters - 7 dash
- Peychaud's Bitters - 7 dash
- Sparkling Wine - 4 fl oz
- Orange Peel - 1
