Shandygaff
Most recipes for the Shandy or Shandygaff call for simply equal parts of ale and lemonade or ginger beer. This version, adapted from a recipe recorded by Charles Dickens’ great grandson Cedric Dickens, improves the mix with the addition of orange curacao or other brandy-based orange liqueur.
