Sloe Gin Fizz
A fizz is a variation of the
sour family of drinks, with the addition of citrus juice and carbonated
water. The term fizz was first
used in Jerry Thomas' 1887 Bartender's
Guide. Some versions of this drink use egg white, but this recipe
without the egg white is much more common.
