Zombie
Another famous tiki drink, the Zombie is reportedly the creation of Donn
Beach (aka Ernest Gantt), the original owner of the famous Hollywood
Boulevard bar Don The Beachcomber.
Gantt supposedly came up with the concoction to help a hung-over customer
through a meeting, but the customer returned saying the drink had turned him
into a "zombie" and the drink was named. The drink's fruity flavor serves to
mask its high alcohol content.

- Grenadine - 1½ tsp
- Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Apricot Brandy - 1 Tbsp
- Light Rum - 1 fl oz
- Gold Rum - 1 fl oz
- Dark Rum - 1 fl oz
- Pineapple Juice - 1 fl oz
- Angostura Bitters - 1 dash
- Lime - 1 wedge
