The Brooklyn cocktail has been making a big comeback, gaining popularity lately in the cocktail scene. This variation is a little twist to add a little sparkle for the holidays. Sadly, Amer Picon is not available in the U.S., but Italian Amaro or Torani Amer will work in its place.
